I had a very disappointing experience with Ingrid Millet in Tung Chung. The staff are extremely pushy with sales, to the point where it becomes genuinely irritating. I purchased a 10-session facial package (deep cleansing and “magic hand”) for $16,800, expecting a consistent and relaxing experience, but that was not the case at all. The quality of service is highly inconsistent. Each session felt different. Sometimes they used the machine for whitehead extraction, sometimes they didn’t. Some sessions lasted 2 hours, others barely 1 hour. There seems to be no standard at all. During my final session, I asked Molly how long it would take and she said “1.5 to 2 hours, up to you,” which honestly made no sense. Shouldn’t there be a set treatment duration? In reality, we started at 4:10pm and finished by 5:15pm, just 1 hour. That is a huge gap from what was said. (I mentioned that I had to leave at 5:30) What made the experience worse was the constant upselling. You cannot even relax during the facial because they keep trying to sell you additional packages. There were multiple occasions where the manager, Mei or May, would barge into the room mid-treatment just to hard sell. It felt very intrusive and honestly quite triggering, because I could not even have a moment to relax without being interrupted by sales talk. It completely ruins the entire purpose of getting a facial. My last session was especially bad. Molly kept talking non-stop about a “last day of CNY promotion” throughout the entire facial. The only peaceful moment was when she left the room. After the facial, another manager repeated the exact same sales pitch multiple times, even though I had already declined. When I refused again, her attitude immediately changed and she became unfriendly. Overall, the experience felt more like a sales trap than a professional facial service. For the price paid, this is absolutely not worth it. Would not recommend.
Me n my friend took Hydra facial 1 session, very bad service, didn't clean face even didn't clean black heads, you told in fb add one thing, but physically you didn't do that level of service. Even after facial I've some irritation on my face skin. already paid 688hkd, taken 1 facial, and have left 2 sessions. you people just cheated with customer. This is not . I wanted to go to police to show my skin after facial it was happened by your shop. Holly is a very irritating person.
The workers lure you in with a relatively cheap package and then aggressively try to sell you packages during treatment so you will not be relaxed at all. They whine and push and continue to try to sell even when you say no. In one instance, they lied about the price of a package that I agreed to, and I was shocked that they demanded for a completely different number. After arguing, they tried to credit the “misunderstanding” to “language barriers”. Overall, the entire process was uncomfortable. I would not wish this experience to my worst enemies.
First time coming to store and the staff already gave me a very mean/dirty look. She told me to lay down on the bed and PULLED MY HAIR TWICE! First time she pulled my hair because I did not lay down fast enough and then she pulled my hair again to speed me up! Who does that? That’s not normal behavior! This is my first time meeting her! Why do I deserve this treatment? The answer is I don’t deserve it! You can’t treat people like that in public! Treat people with respect! And I called the company hotline to report her behaviour and the agent told me that I’m imagining things or thinking too much! Wow! I have NO free time to make up lies that this lady pulled my hair HARD more than one time! I am never coming back to this place.
Staff members were pushy and persuaded customer to buy and to sign up into their beauty packages. They misled customer by disclosing the real price after the customer had agreed to purchase. For example, they proposed to remove warts on the face and neck. The customer was charged HK$12000 which they initially said $1200 and later changed the price. They promoted removal of pigmentation for an additional HK$8000, totally HK20000 for a painful procedure that should have been carried out by a dermatologist. They gave customer a gift toiletry bag with some skincare product in it which were worthless and of older stock. They made customer feel that they had been scammed after leaving the shop. Customer’s face is still covered up with dark spots scars even after 2 months of treatment. Sad case of greedy grabbing customers of their wallets $$$$$.😡😩
