The girl responsible for drawing blood lacked experience. She attempted to draw blood from the back of my palm and changed the position three times. By the third attempt, as there was still no blood, she moved the syringe back and forth after inserting it, causing bruising on me, but still couldn't get any blood. In the end, another girl said she would take over and finally completed the blood draw. If tgete is other choice available, I would avoid their service.
My family and I have visited this establishment many times and have always received good and efficient service.
I had some CT done here and everything went smooth.. Staffs were friendly, especially one staff (Ali or Aliu) i didn't get her name right as i was in a rush, she was very helpful and friendly
Rude, ignorant reception staff member (the tall one with the long brown hair). Very bad first impression. No grace, no ability to deal with people in a polite or nice way. A nasty person even by Hong Kong standards of rudeness and ignorance. Clearly the office bully. I assume incompetent, nasty management as well to employ such a person and have her continue to be so nasty. In contrast, the xray technician had manners and was polite and competent. Zero star for reception. 4 star for technician.
Went for mri. Got a mri. Seemed nice enough.
