Terrible service! Even basic inquiries were met with rudeness! A bespectacled woman surnamed Wen stood at the entrance with an extremely hostile attitude. How can she run a service industry like this? Garbage clinic.
Crowded, cramped. Too many people too close together.
The district clinic affiliated with the government's healthcare system provided a very smooth consultation process with streamlined scheduling, which eased the patient's anxiety. The staff were also very friendly. I would give it near-perfect marks.
I went there for wound dressing after surgery on the stomach. Every single time I was treated very well by the nurses. They deserve recognition and praise for their professionalism and caring attitude towards their patients.
