I went to this clinic because of a severe sore throat. Dr. Lin diagnosed it as a viral infection, either the flu or Covid, and said antibiotics weren't necessary (his exact words were: "Then it's not a bacterial infection, no need for antibiotics"). However, my condition worsened, and I suffered for several days (inflammated and sensitive trachea, a severe cough, and unable to sleep). Four days later, I saw another doctor and got antibiotics, which helped. Afterwards, I researched online and found that my symptoms at the time were more likely a bacterial infection (yellow phlegm, severe sore throat, no runny nose, low-grade fever, cough). I complained to them nine days ago, but have yet to receive a formal response or even reply to messages. I am extremely disappointed with the doctor's medical skills and their handling of complaints at this clinic.
Although the fees are high, the doctor explains things in great detail and is very patient. I always recover quickly after each visit (I've tried other doctors and the recovery was much slower, but I recover very quickly after coming here).
Don't open the door if the doctor is stuck in traffic and hasn't arrived yet. After registering a patient, I had to wait for 40 minutes and they still hadn't arrived; that's utterly unethical.
The clinic opens at 3 PM, but the doctor was stuck in traffic and hadn't arrived yet. I waited 40 minutes and he still hadn't come. He has absolutely no time management skills to be a doctor. Garbage!
A $300 consultation fee doesn't include medication. Adding a nasal allergy spray will cost you $700, and adding another 3 days of nasal allergy medication will bring the total to $1500. No receipt provided. Even a general practitioner's price is outrageous! Come and grab this deal!
