Good old clinic. Remind you those TB patients for regular visits and people returning COVID test sample gather here. Keep all your protective gears on for the sake of safety.
Rudest people ever the staff . Not even helpful wouldn’t even give a star if I could . Complete trash
Conveniently located near the LRT station with helpful staff. But you can only see a doctor if you have made a telephone booking in advance. Making an appointment (only up to 24hrs in advance) is made difficult as: i) the recorded message keeps breaking up. (It is not an issue with the phone signal as I tried calling from various locations inside and outside the building and the message broke up in the same place each time.) ii) There is consistently no availability at the clinic or anywhere close by. Good luck.
i really dont understand about the hospital either the staffs are lazy or the hospital, my point is if there is a patient sent by a big hospitals like pok oi or tuen mun hospital with referal letter given by those big hospitals but when we go there with that letter to the counter, and the staff will say call on this hotline and make a appointment, without looking at the referal letter, so if that referal letter dont have any value then why issue that letter in the first place, and i have been trying to reach out for the hotline from three weeks i cant make any appointment please some one help me
Most of the nurses are nice and careful. Have quite long waiting time even with booking.
