The doctor was rude and extremely impolite. All he knew how to talk was talk. Who's a doctor these days? His language skills were terrible; if you can't speak properly, don't speak at all.

I really won't be seeing him again! He told me not to waste everyone's time after asking a few more questions! No wonder he got such a low rating! The girl was even worse! She asked for a receipt to claim the money, then put the medicine bag away without saying anything! I stood there for two and a half minutes before she said a word! "It's just my first time seeing him. I probably won't see him next time! 😥 A doctor with absolutely no medical ethics. He came to see me when I wasn't feeling well, and then after a few more questions, he said I was challenging him! It was like he was trying to argue with a patient! His attitude wasn't just bad, it was abysmal!

A young woman at the clinic, presumably just a registration clerk, displayed absolutely no medical knowledge, empathy, or character whatsoever. She demanded that a 70-year-old patient with a low-risk skin condition and limited mobility stand outside the clinic for 10 minutes, or wander around the neighborhood for 10 minutes, before returning for her appointment. Even if Dr. Chen possesses excellent medical ethics, this arrogant, self-important, and empathetic "young woman" utterly ruined it. As a family member of the patient, I sincerely wish Dr. Chen and all other patients well.
