The consultants are not really concern about the clients. They don't care about treating your problems. They will just offer you the most expensive package and if you don't want it, they will give you a cheaper one but not the one you need. They will tell you this package is very big discount already and this is the procedure your skin needs. Then once you start going making appointment is OK but rebooking takes 2 weeks atleast. The receptionists are not friendly. Not accommodating at all. Makes you feel like you are wasting their time. All grumpy and impatient. I had a very bad experience only in 6mos. My contract is 1yr. I don't wanna go anymore but I don't wanna waste my money. This is my real experience and I am not chinese. Maybe for Chinese clients, the treatment is better. Pls. Don't fall for the scam. They will trap you in your trial session, they will tell you that this offer is only today and no more next time you come. Just take the trial and leave if you are not comfortable.
