They refused to redeem my coupon I bought through roadshow after and turfed their responsibility to the sales representative. Their excuse was I have sensitive skin and they can’t bear the responsibility if my sensitive skin worsens. Not a newbie to facial. This excuse is really disgusting. They even have an option especially designed for sensitive skin in the coupon plan. I seriously think they did this because they know I am leaving hk very soon when they asked a lot of questions during the pretreatment interview. Don’t go there! 巨伏！
