I called her over and asked if the appointment time wasn't 13:45 before she apologized for the mistake and said it didn't matter. When she finally came in at 13:45, I asked her, "Because you just wrote 13:45 wrong, I've been waiting for a whole hour. I'm in a hurry and not feeling well. Please see me as soon as possible." I said, "I've waited for you for a whole hour, and the girl is more important than you. You won't admit the mistake. You said it's 14:45." I showed her a picture to prove it was wrong, but she ignored me. In the end, I had to wait another nine minutes before I could see her, which made it impossible for me to get to my meeting at the company. But to be fair, their doctors are really good. I've seen them three times and they've always been excellent and very attentive. However, this time, the basic mistake of writing the wrong time really cost them all points. More importantly, the clinic wouldn't answer the phone when I called. I was standing outside watching their incision line; it was outrageous.
Misdiagnosis! They couldn't even detect pneumonia?! I'm so disappointed with this clinic. I'll never go there again. I've been seeing doctors at this clinic for several years. Last week, my family member had a cough and fever and saw the doctor there three times. After the third visit on Friday, the cough and high fever persisted. On Saturday, we went to another clinic, where a quick test revealed a high probability of pneumonia, a very dangerous condition requiring immediate hospitalization. Only half a day passed between the follow-up visit at this clinic and being told it was pneumonia by another doctor. My family member had a persistent cough and high fever, yet they completely ignored the possibility of pneumonia, saying it was just a common cold. I can't imagine how dangerous it would have been if I had continued to trust the doctors at this clinic and just continued with medication without hospitalization! This misdiagnosis delayed my family member's hospitalization, which could have been life-threatening if they hadn't been admitted. The doctor was seriously negligent. As someone who has been receiving treatment there for several years, I am truly disappointed and angry, and will never go there again. I hope that anyone considering treatment here will read this review and reconsider whether they can truly trust doctors who can't even distinguish between a common cold and pneumonia!
My child got sick after school, so this was our first doctor's visit. The clinic mainly caters to patients with medical cards, which likely offers special discounts. Because it was crowded, the doctors were quite busy, but overall very polite. The doctors were very thorough in their questioning and especially willing to wait until we completed the rapid testing before discussing treatment options. Overall, I thought it was a good experience. Because this medical center primarily caters to patients with medical cards, the fees are quite high (very expensive). They are generally open on Sundays and public holidays.
Never open
Poor service and had waited for 40-min even have appointment. Very small waiting area. Won’t go again.
