The doctor's attitude was extremely poor. After asking what was wrong and examining my throat, he immediately told me to leave. I tried to explain my condition to him, but he wouldn't listen at all. He just said, "I don't know what happened to you before, but now I see your throat is inflamed, so I have nothing to answer you with." As a doctor, he completely failed in his duties. I don't think he had any medical ethics. He just said a few words and then rushed me out, prioritizing the next patient. From the moment I entered to seeing his doctor, paying, and picking up the medicine, it only took 5 minutes. During that time, another parent brought their child in for a checkup, and the child quickly came out with a lot of complaints. They left without even paying. Although I don't know what kind of doctor the parent brought their child for, judging from the parent's dissatisfaction, I knew the doctor had a problem. I wouldn't have gone to this clinic if it weren't close to my home.
The girl's attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her attitude towards patients was terrible; she practically drove doctors away. 😤😤😤😤 I paid money to feel uncomfortable. I will never go there again.
The young woman's attitude was extremely rude, and the doctor's examination was perfunctory, prioritizing speed over patient needs and refusing to listen to the patient's questions.
My grandson is 11 years old this year. I've seen him since he opened his clinic. Dr. Chan is so kind. At the end of February this year, my grandson had a fever during the peak season. Many clinics didn't ask about fevers, so I went to Dr. Chan Dao Xiang. After he prescribed medicine, I told him to go home and do a quick test. He was infected. I was so scared. After taking the medicine, his fever subsided and he felt better. Two days later, my 10-month-old grandson had a fever again and was infected. I went to Dr. Chan again for medicine. After taking the medicine, his fever subsided and he felt better. A week later, the test came back negative and he was completely cured. At that time, many people couldn't see a doctor. I am so grateful to Dr. Chan for saving my two grandsons during the pandemic.
