I received both a Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and massage. My health isn't great due to long working hours. I had muscle aches, and my head, shoulders, and neck were tense and uncomfortable. Today I went to a Tuen Mun clinic for a 50-minute chiropractic massage. Master Yin's techniques were very skilled, and the pressure was just right. The main focus was on relieving pain. The back-opening massage improved my posture (hunchback), and the neck massage improved forward head posture. The stretching and muscle-stretching were incredibly comfortable. The pain disappeared instantly. I felt so refreshed! After the treatment, I even enjoyed freshly made homemade hot and cold herbal tea. I felt instantly healthy after drinking it!
My eczema and allergies have flared up again recently, so a friend recommended Tuen Mun Clinic to see a doctor. Tuen Mun Clinic is a comprehensive Chinese medicine clinic that has been open for ten years. They offer five signature treatments: massage, cupping, acupuncture, bone setting, and a three-day herbal powder treatment – very diverse! Besides Tuen Mun, they also have a branch in Yuen Long, and I heard it's always packed! 😆 Inside, they've even launched a new 8-axis chiropractic machine bed, which can improve spinal curvature and lower back pain. 😌 Their most famous treatments are massage and bone setting, and they offer free drinks. They also sell herbal patches, soup packs, and other beverages! After examining me, the doctor said I have a weak spleen and stomach, and a lot of dampness in my body, so I need cupping and massage. This was my first time getting cupping done, and I was terrified of the pain. Luckily, the lady who did it was willing to let me go. Touch Wood wasn't as painful as I expected; it was tolerable 🙏🏻 My soles were sweating a lot during the process, which means she was detoxifying 🥰 The marks afterward were quite dark, indicating a lot of dampness, but it felt great 🤣 Then I went for a massage. The masseuse's technique was precise and not painful at all. However, the masseuse said I was very tense and almost fell asleep 🤣 My whole body felt relaxed afterward; it felt so good 🤣
