2nd September 2024, first time here in Tuen Mun Oculist Hospital, very busy but most of the staff are friendly, especially a staff at Shroff Office at 2/F is exceptionally polite and patiently described the flows and date of next visit, can't help to give her a big thumb !
It was very sad experience to come and see eye doctor at this hospital as I have reference letter from POH to check my eye problem , the eye doctor at floor 2 room 5 , she is not using her expert to deal the patient ( me ) but she use her discrimination as she mentioned about the financial by her own eyes about me instead of she have to use her expert to deal the patient, she is not good doctor and as I see how she deal me such a very rough not being gentle and nice talking ,hope she will have lesson one day with her behavior!
Baddest worst Doctor ever we met today at Tuen mun eye centre in Consultation room 5. Discrimination lady doctor Asking us do you have to money to get surgery and saying Why don’t you go to private hospital to check-up. You are not empowered to ask and talk about financial matter, Your job is just check the patient if you can. You are not financial department to ask us about the money. I hope Tuen mun eye centre to replace this kind of discriminating doctor from the hospital. Hope to find her name and post it here. Silly.
