Even though the medical card covers everything, they still charge extra for special medications. The worst part is that they didn't explain this beforehand. It's like they're trying to get you to pay without saying anything. Do doctors have to run errands for money?
Overcharging, prescribing extra medication without asking. I waited two hours to pick up my medication, not because there were too many people, because the girl had already deposited all her medication before she could collect it.
Terrible
They say on the website that they close for lunch at 1:30, while they stop accepting patient at 12:30. Such an extended lunch break for 3 hours!
the doctors and nurses/receptionists just get off work early 😂 you may try calling first, but I doubt if it will make a difference, why not just visit another one across the street
