I went to get my blood drawn today. Beforehand, I read some comments and was a little nervous, but when I got there, nothing seemed wrong. The girl who drew my blood was very gentle in her tone and attitude, and her technique was good; I didn't feel anything. Maybe it just depends on which nurse you get.
Last year I went for a glucose tolerance test, and the service was terrible. I waited all day, and when it was my turn, they kept telling me to wait. I was tested multiple times, and they all said I didn't have diabetes. I ended up seeing two different doctors before they finally found out I have diabetes. Is this what kind of lab is this? Their glucose tolerance test is full of errors! Please review this! 🙏🙏🙏
The staff were rude, impolite, and extremely unfriendly! The blood draw already hurt from the first needle insertion, and then they had to hold the needle in! For the ECG, they told me to pull up my shirt to cool it down, but while they were slowly inserting the needle, I naturally covered my chest with my hand, and they immediately told me to put my hand down! When they were attaching the stitches, the stitches fell off me, and a hard box hit my wrist bone. They even yelled at me: "That's how you move, don't move!" To the doctor: Actually, people only come here for physical examinations when they're feeling unwell. They're patients, and they're human beings with flesh and blood!
The service was extremely poor, with no regard for the patient's feelings. I was referred for an X-ray due to neuralgia. When my name was called and I entered the room, the female radiologist was incredibly rude. When changing my position for the side X-ray, because I already had severe back pain and numbness in my legs, the movement was slower, which I had clearly explained to the radiologist beforehand. But she kept yelling at me! She completely disregarded the patient's feelings. Her attitude was terrible, unprofessional, and disrespectful to patients. I was extremely aggrieved throughout the entire process and will never go back.
The service was terrible. The girl was unprofessional. I suspect she was unlicensed. My child needed a urine sample for testing, and she didn't even put on a urine bag for me—I know how to do that—but she told me to put the whole bag into the test bottle after I finished urinating! The urine sample is used for bacterial culture. Anyone with common sense knows the outer layer of the urine bag isn't sterile. I touched the area around the diaper, and the outer layer was already filthy. Is it possible that the urine bag was used for culture with the urine? The sample was already contaminated, so it would definitely be cultured. Even if there wasn't a urinary tract infection, it would appear!
