Some staff are not very friendly when the one who came was an old woman with her maid. Yesterday 10 april I misunderstood and came to bring old women for free acupuncture, because it was not possible, the staff gave a schedule for a herbal doctor the next day 11 april while I did not need it, I already had a schedule for herbal medicine at 30 april. But the staff seemed to not care and insisted on giving a schedule for herbal medicine the next day, in the end I could not book for acupuncture the next day at 11 April because there was already a schedule for that herbal medicine. Please be kind even if it is only to the maid. Listen to what she says, don't think all maids are stupid.I wonder the staff can speak english or not.
Very organised, caring staff. We had a very positive experience.
Quite organised, however still have to wait for quite some time!
Many people wait for medicine. wait too long.
