My finger suddenly swelled up, and I thought it was a joint infection. Dr. Fang examined it and said it was a bacterial infection, possibly from cutting my nail too short; even a small wound can get infected. While I was getting medication, my daughter said there was some peeling skin on the surface when the swelling went down. She was very attentive and told me not to worry. After taking the medication and applying the ointment, it's completely healed now. 👍🏻
I have been a patient of Dr. Fong Ding Kowk for nearly two decades, and I genuinely appreciate the care he has provided. Dr. Fong is not only knowledgeable but also takes the time to listen and understand his patients. Recently, earlier this year, I experienced significant inflammation in my nail bed, which led to nail lifting and thickening. Initially, I thought it was just an incident of nail inflammation, but Dr. Fong conducted a thorough examination and asked insightful questions about my overall health. This approach quickly led him to diagnose me with Psoriasis, which I later learned from research it's an immune-mediated condition requiring timely treatment to prevent further complications. I am truly grateful for his accurate diagnosis and the careful management of my treatment. I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in the first 2 sessions of treatment, and my nails are healing well now. I also want to commend the clinic staff, especially the nurses, who were consistently supportive and encouraging. They made the follow-up process much easier and less stressful. Dr Fong took great care of my elderly father, who had problems with the skin from his scalp, to his back, his arms, legs and both his feet. My father did not know what was wrong, except that wounds were itching, bleeding and leaking pus. Dr Fong diagnosed it straight away and prescribed my father with tablets to take for 3 weeks, a cream for his body, a shampoo to wash his scalp, and also a body wash too. After a few weeks, the itchy has all gone, and my father's skin is so much better. My father is now like a new man again, and not worried about his skin at all. Everything is healing up beautifully. I came from England to visit my elderly mother and father, and was thankful that I manage to find him such a wonderful, patient and kind doctor. The nurse/receptionist/secretary lady is a lovely person too, she explains everything to the patients very carefully, and speaks clearly to everyone. Thank you Dr Fong and nurse.
Dr. Fong is an amiable and considerate doctor, he provides thorough explanation and details to address my skin problem(rosacea). Also, many thanks to his professional advice, my rosacea has been greatly improved within 2 weeks.
