I recently went to the Zhenshanmei store in the Xinhui Yadu Shopping Mall to buy diapers for my family. I needed to buy some things to take to the hospital that day and happened to be passing by the Xinhui Market area buying food and supplies; so I stopped by Zhenshanmei to buy diapers and hospital supplies. As soon as I entered the store, the staff were very polite and attentive, asking what I wanted to buy. I inquired about which diapers I preferred, and they asked me in detail about the current condition of the baby and how to use them correctly! They also introduced other necessary care products, how to clean and disinfect them, etc. They were very kind and didn't mind me being bothered at all; they deserve a lot of praise!
My dad is getting ready to be discharged from the hospital soon, and a friend recommended a store called Zhenshanmei to buy the necessary supplies. The staff were patient and polite, recommending suitable products, which made me feel at ease welcoming my dad home to take care of him.
