23 條Closing at 6PM is already inconvenient to working people, but then the doctor leaves early too. So even you are 20 minutes before closing, there's no doctor. Also, wait times are long for the pharmacy. This is an all-round bad GP.
we called and text to make and appointment, they said that we don’t need to make an appointment and just come by. when i got there the reception said its fully booked HAHAHA, staff service was very poor, i hope no one get the same experience or better just not come here
Great service with effective medicine, symptoms improved in a few days. 5 stars.
I saw the reviews but took a chance and went anyway. Turns out the doctor was on sick leave, absolutely no information online. Wasted money, wasted time. Never again!
Very bad service.. even after appointment long waiting time more than an hour... When inside doctor was rushing too much even though kid was cooperating and then they told x-ray not good because kid did not co-operate. So for the cavity which is there having further infection ,they don't want to confirm if root canal needed as x-ray is not good enough and asked to see pediatric dentist out of network. When I told your service booklet tells pediatric service available that's why I opted for your insurance then they say its there but we don't do crown so won't do root canal for kids( I never asked them to make crown!!). Further due to too much rush , polishing was not proper. We just realized when came out of cabin and told the receptionist as it's hurting. Receptionist told to wait and we had to wait for 1 more hour. Even though it is quick fix she let other back to back 2 patients in and make us wait. When complained the reception nurse answered arrogantly as I need to wait and the patient was waiting for an hour. I told her "I am here for 2 hours already and we just need this quick fix by polishing and it's doctor's missout just now" She further replies raising voice without justifying !!! If you have UMP card then it seems they treat it as a charity service on offer. Either misleading service published by UMP in insurance or the doctors are so overloaded that they deny service.
