This clinic is very popular; even with an appointment, the wait can be very long. The gynecologist, Dr. Shi, is very good, attentive, and professional. However, the nurses' attitude is rather poor.
The place is constantly packed with "customers". Its first-come-first-serve, so having an appointment, as I had booked, is meaningless. The doctor I saw seemed angry and was only able to grunt like a farm animal when I told her, "Thank you" on my way out of her office. I won't be going there again. I was only in for a booster shot for a previously diagnosed medical condition. What should have taken 5 minutes, took an hour (most of it waiting) and made me feel that I had trespassed instead of being treated with simple courtesy.
Went for COVID vaccination and turned away. Reception staff is rude and dismissive and honestly I question her intelligence. I am in my 30s and she asked if I was coming for COVID vaccination under the 59+ year old category. Government does not say specific documentation I need to bring as a medical provider to prove my eligibility but they said "it's best" to provide the original medical license when I was first qualified, I showed my current annual practicing certificate, rejected. My name on the government website showing my name and license number, also rejected. They would only accept the original license, something that was issued over 10 years ago. Because I guess my valid practicing certificate that also has my name is somehow less important than something issued over 10 years ago and that does not even guarantee that I am a practicing medical profession is less meaningful.
I hv inspection with my child to the clinic as her thigh was swollen. The doctor prescribed an ointment without providing any explanation or advice on the rationale of the prescription, side effects, or any other related information. After using the prescribed ointment, my child's condition worsened, and another swollen area appeared near her hip. This negligence on the part of the doctor not only resulted in my child's condition worsening but also caused unnecessary pain and suffering. Finally my child got recovery from another treatment for a week from other clinc.
WORST PLACE TO GO!! Very unprofessional especially the gynecologist!! Waited for 2 hours and they never called
