What an incompetent doctor! He's not careful at all; he couldn't even diagnose pneumonia! I definitely wouldn't have gone to this doctor if it weren't for the medical card.
Only see it once after group therapy at the autism center for cold when Chinese medicine aren't working.
The girl sitting at the entrance, heavily made-up, was extremely rude. She was on her phone, completely ignoring the patients registering. When I tried to speak to her to register, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She spoke in broken Cantonese, then switched to Mandarin, making it impossible to understand her. Even her Cantonese was poorly spoken, her answers were irrelevant, and she reeked of perfume. The most outrageous thing was that while I was waiting, someone came in to register, saying they had been seen in the next room. She even asked why they hadn't gone back to the previous room, implying that if they didn't want to see a doctor, they shouldn't be seen.
The doctor was so kind and nice!!! One or two doses of the medicine and I felt much better! It was worth waiting two hours!!!
The doctor and the girl were both Western-looking. They had absolutely no compassion or medical ethics. The girl spent the entire time gossiping and laughing behind people's backs, acting like a patient who had just received their medication. The doctor didn't want to listen to anything I said. He would shut me down whenever I tried to speak, telling me what he wanted to say and only letting me hear what he wanted to hear. If it weren't for Dr. Guo next door not being open yet, I definitely wouldn't have entered this place. One of the worst clinics ever!
