The doctor was so kind, he patiently listened to all my questions without getting annoyed 🙏 and the price was reasonable.
After seeing doctors many times without improvement, I finally gave up.
Update: This clinic has a female doctor who sees patients faster than doctors at public hospitals; I usually go back for a second appointment. This was my first time here. It's conveniently located near home, and with my child, the location is excellent. This time, I was seen by Dr. Ho. Besides a detailed consultation and explanation, she also performed magic tricks with my child, which energized him. The consultation fee was a bit expensive, but most importantly, it was a great experience.
Thanks very much for the clinic offering video diagnosis for elderly and immobile patients. The doctor is friendly and thorough in the diagnosis, and the nurse is very clear in giving medicine -taking instructions. Most importantly, they showed care and understanding for patient and care taker. Thank you all once again for your prompt help, it may save a life.
I saw reviews online praising Dr. Mo, so I took a special bus to Yuen Tun Wai. I learned that Dr. Mo was at another branch clinic on Thursday afternoon, so I had to walk back to Plaza 88. I suggest the website clearly state which doctor is available at each clinic during which hours to avoid other patients making a wasted trip. The staff at both clinics were friendly and polite. Dr. Mo was indeed as everyone said; although the consultation was quick, he asked for detailed information and proactively explained my current symptoms, offering advice on how to relieve them and telling me not to worry too much. Seeing how tired I looked after being sick for so long, he even encouraged me before I left. Although I haven't taken any medication yet and don't know if it's working, I feel good :)
